SPARKYPANTS STUDIOS | Baltimore, MD | Feb 2016 – Present Environment / Prop Artist Create hard surface and organic assets for Dropzone, a competitive RTS/MOBA hybrid free-to- play game. Partner with character, gear, and environment teams to produce maps and player controls for rigs.
· Created Builder room for player customization and one of the main Home screens.
· Created variations on the look. Played integral role in developing four playable maps, as well as modeling and texturing for robot assets. Delivered assets under consistently challenging time frames.
· Most proud of learning Houdini and implementing it into the custom engine. Allowed for faster asset placement on maps.
· Was put on a talented art team and learned a lot from them which made me a faster and stronger artist.
· Created a fast skin creation pipeline so task could be much more efficient.
